An anniversary celebration is not about praising men for their effort in building God's church. It is about praising God for one generation of work done by God alone. It is about recognising one cycle of experience with God and praising Him for His mercies over His Church. It is about challenging our up and coming generation to believe that God is to be honoured in their generation, that God being faithful in the past generation will remain faithful in their time. It is about setting an example of gratefulness and thankfulness towards God for our next generation to follow.
